Roger is a nationally recognized trainer, author, publisher, and photographer. His experience has given him the ability to assimilate ideas and concepts for direct, practical application, in both small and large companies.
Roger knows what it takes to move your learning into the workplace and make it stick. In each of his classes he provides methods and action plans for you to implement, after you leave the classroom.
His experience as a professional photographic illustrator gave him the opportunity to work with many types of businesses, effectively working at solving the creative challenges presented by the many concepts and products at hand. His creative aptitude has shone bright through out his life–always thinking of another way something could be done.
Roger's excitement and energy comes through in his classes every time. There's no doubt he loves helping people learn. After nine years of training he's still looking for new ways to help people learn. You never know what will happen next in his presentations, as he actively involves his participants using props, games, gadgets, and magic.
